养血安神，调理睡眠，减轻失眠和多梦问题，减轻心悸和盗汗问题。

Nourish blood, calming and tranquilizing mind, regulate sleep, reduce palpitation and excessive sweating. 

Gentle reminder: One teabag per day, add 150 – 200 ml of freshly boiled water, and refill up to 5 times per day.

Start drinking after breakfast and discard after 6 hours. (Do not leave brew overnight)

If you are taking western medication, please take our tea 1 and a half hour later.
