How do I make an online purchase?
You can log on to https://herbalelements.com.my/ to shop for our products.
Simply “Add to Cart” your selected items and click “My Cart” when you are done shopping. Proceed to enter your shipping details and select your desired payment method. The order is confirmed once the transaction is completed.
How do I know if my orders are successfully made?
You should receive a confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. Note that the email might be delivered as a junk mail. If the confirmation email cannot be found in any of your inbox, please drop us an email at herbalelements.info@gmail.com or contact us through our Instagram/Facebook page.
2. Price and Payment
In what currency are the price listed?
All price listed are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) only.
What forms of payment can I use?
We can accept Credit cards and FPX payment at the moment. All credit card payments will be processed immediately; and we accept MasterCard and Visa. The receiver on your transaction statement should show Herbal Elements Enterprise.
I noticed the price stated on the website has changed.
Our prices may be updated from time to time when there is on-going promotion, please sign up to our newsletter to stay updated on on-going promo.
3. Shipping
What are the regions covered for deliveries/shipping?
We ship to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia at standard shipping cost. In regards to overseas orders (e.g.: Singapore), please drop us an email at herbalelements.info@gmail.com or you may contact us through our Instagram or Facebook page.
When will my orders be delivered?
Items will be sent out between 3-5 working days upon order confirmation.
How much is the shipping fee?
West Malaysia : RM8
East Malaysia : RM13
*Shipping fee varies depending on the total weight of the order placed.
How do I change my shipping address?
Once the order is sent, any changes of delivery address should be arranged with the courier company directly or you can contact us at herbalelements.info@gmail.com /Instagram/Facebook. Kindly note that there is no assurance on the changes to be successful and incurred expenses from the changes shall be borne by the customer.
4. Return and Exchanges Policy
1. All goods sold are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.
2. Any damage or shortage of received goods must be reported to herbalelements.info@gmail.com on the same date of delivery, we are not responsible for any damage after the goods are received more than 24 hours.
3. Herbal Elements Enterprise reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
